1. Applicants should be well-behaved and have a good reputation.
  2. The application should be supported by two recommendation letters by prominent Shaykhs and those involved in Daʿwah— those on the path of Quran and Sunnah.
  3. The applicant should successfully pass an individual face-to-face interview.
  4. Applicants, after they are admitted, should fill in and sign a contract between them and Vision Islam stating they will abide by the rules and regulations of the scholarship and the given program.
  5. They should supply the Vision Islam with the following:
    • A copy of their passport alongside with the copies of the passports of their accompanying families. This includes the pages of the entry visa in Sudan.
    • Mail or email address, fixed or mobile phone number/s of their relatives in Australia for Vision Islam to communicate with in the case of an emergency.
    • The applicants must fill out the following enrollment forms:
      • An oath/agreement form stating they will abide by the rules and regulations of Vision Islam.
      • Enrolment form stating that the applicant should join the Arabic department to learn Arabic (provided by our office in Khartoum).

All these procedures are meant to open a student file with a matric number -an identification number used to communicate with Vision Islam, which will enable the foundation to easily send monthly remunerations/stipends to students and pay their tuition fees. (We are still working on this project).
